New Marketing and Revenue Leaders to Drive Strategic Brand Expansion, Performance Optimization

Minneapolis, MN (June 10, 2025) — Cote Hospitality today announces two key leadership appointments to advance the company's continued commitment to innovation, market leadership and strategic growth. Kelly Puspoki joins the company as Vice President of Marketing, while Ryan Andersen has been promoted to Vice President of Revenue Strategy.

"With the addition of Kelly and Ryan, we're building a powerhouse leadership team that balances deep industry expertise with forward-thinking strategies to accelerate our next phase of growth," said Agnelo Fernandes, CEO of Cote Hospitality. "Both bring exceptional talent and fresh perspectives, and they're joining a strong leadership team committed to driving performance and profitability. Together, the team is uniquely positioned to amplify our brand, enhance the guest experience and deliver sustainable business results."

Kelly Puspoki brings over 25 years of marketing and communications expertise—and a deep connection to Cote Hospitality, having worked at Grand View Lodge, Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert during her college summers. She now returns to lead digital strategy, brand development, creative, media planning, on-site marketing and communications across the company's resorts and camps.

Puspoki's career includes senior leadership roles at top global marketing and PR agencies, growing brands such as Coca-Cola's DASANI and Sprite, Mattel's American Girl and Self Esteem Brand's Anytime Fitness. She brings significant expertise in health & wellness, food & beverage, retail and technology. Most recently, Puspoki ran her own marketing consultancy and served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Greater Twin Cities United Way, where she led digital and brand transformation, helping raise over $460 million to support communities experiencing poverty. Puspoki's results-driven work has earned over 35 industry awards.

In tandem with its evolving marketing strategy, Ryan Andersen has been promoted to Vice President of Revenue Strategy. In this role, Andersen will lead pricing strategy, inventory management and channel distribution efforts across the portfolio. With more than two decades of hospitality revenue leadership, Andersen has held senior roles at Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG, most recently serving as Area Director of Revenue Strategy at Aimbridge Hospitality. He has successfully managed portfolios in major U.S. markets and is known for transforming market data into actionable strategies that enhance competitive positioning and revenue performance.

A Nebraska native and University of Minnesota graduate, Andersen is a passionate leader, mentor and collaborator who drives organizational growth while building high-performance teams.
